Prime Minister Haider al-Abadi said on Wednesday that the government takes into account the poor and low-income sectors on the issue of privatization of electricity.
"We take into consideration the poor and low-income sectors, especially in the issue of electricity collection," Abbadi said during a ceremony to distribute free scholarships to outstanding students from universities and private colleges set up by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
Abadi promised to "mislead and lie and use the interests of citizens for political purposes betrayal after betrayal."
