Al-Kaabi stressed the importance of having a direct role for research centers and even civil society organizations in the process of monitoring and monitoring the performance of the government, and not to limit the matter to the legislative authority or oversight circles, because the elite or popular censorship, working with the citizen and away from the language of politics.
"Most of the countries in the world, especially those with developed democratic systems, have close overlaps between their governments and research centers, so that the latter are like decision-making centers for these governments. They offer ready solutions to the problems of countries and governments, and here we have great government support.
