He added that the Authority has set the first quarter of next year 2019 as the official date for the delivery of 246 apartments within the first phase of the project, expressing his hope to complete the project as soon as possible and distribution of apartments in successive installments, because the company's implementation continues to work continuously without any delay. In the same context, Zamili pointed out that the project of the People's Housing complex will also provide 504 housing units, stressing that the executing company has achieved advanced completion rates, pointing out that the project was divided into two phases, including the first 8 buildings with 266 apartments, As well as the recent internal and external works of the buildings. Zamili said that the second phase includes the construction of 6 buildings containing 238 housing units, noting that work is continuing to end the work of building the pillars of a number of buildings mentioned. At the same time, the company started special works to build a restaurant 250 square meters within the entertainment area of the project site, Along with the establishment of a commercial mall. "The capital needs to build huge hotels along the Tigris River instead of directing 90 percent of the investment to build modern malls," said Jassem Mohan Bakhati, the Baghdad province's technical deputy.
