The Ministry of Finance and Economy of the Kurdistan Regional Government agreed Monday to spend 17% of the imports of the Ministry of Municipalities and Tourism to develop the municipal sector and tourism in the region.
The ministry said in a statement that it had decided to return 83 percent of the imports of the Ministry of Municipalities and Tourism to the Ministry's expenses to the government treasury and to transfer 17% of the ministry's imports to develop the municipal sector and tourism.
The resolution will be effective from July 1 to January 31 this year, with a clear disbursement mechanism.
