He pointed out that "the total amounts allocated since the beginning of January 2018 to the current month of May amounted to 38 billion and 97 million and 484 thousand and 292 dinars, pointing out that most of the money mentioned was the largest share of the provinces of Nineveh, Salah al-Din and Anbar."
He explained that "the amounts mentioned are allocated to the accounts of the provinces, which in turn request funding in coordination with the Ministry of Finance for distribution to affected citizens later."
