The oil ministry said in a statement on Tuesday that investors interested in bidding to build a refinery of oil capacity of 70 thousand barrels per day in Diwaniyah, south of Baghdad until July 31 to make their offers.
The refinery is one of several crude oil treatment projects offered by Iraq as part of a plan to achieve self-sufficiency in oil products.
