The session witnessed the approval of the Ministry of Agriculture to adopt the Cabinet Resolution No. (293 of 2018) for the current agricultural season 2019 2020, equal to the previous agricultural seasons.The costs are covered from the amounts of farmers' support and the seed support fund bears 50% of the subsidy of the rank bonus.
The Council of Ministers approved the recommendation of the Ministerial Council for Social Services to approve the amortization of 75% of the amounts of purchase of residential plots in the Kasbah al-Qosh to the people of the Kasbah exclusively from the Christian religion for the purpose of stopping immigration. The recommendation of the Ministerial Council of Economy on the approval of the Ministry of Planning's request regarding the delay in importing lightweight construction units (thermston) and al-Shabis of both types made of corn and potatoes was approved from 1/1/2020 for 6 months. The Council of Ministers approved the minutes of the meeting of the Diwaniyyah 35 Committee for the year 2019 on the project to establish 130 schools in the marshes.
It was agreed to exclude paragraph (g-1) of Article 3 of the federal budget instructions for 2019 to be the purchase or lease through the procurement committees up to 100 million dinars and without the organization of a contract. The Council agreed to grant the ministers and governors the power to send direct invitations to the contracting companies executing projects inside Iraq with the exception of the provisions of Article 3 / V of the instructions to implement government contracts No. 2 of 2014, provided that the availability of competence and technical and financial capabilities in those companies to implement these projects until the end of 2019 Under the supervision of the Ministry of Planning.
The Council of Ministers also approved the Second Amendment to the Veterinary Medical Graduation Law No. 136 of 1980, which was verified by the State Council and referred to the Council of Representatives.
