The Iraqi Union Bank, Thursday, held a development course in the implementation of the ISO 9001 quality system, the ISO 27001 information systems and the business continuity management system ISO 22301 for the employees of its main branch.
The bank said in a statement received by "Economy News" that "the session lasts for 10 days, in order to raise the performance of the employee and contribute to provide banking services to customers and efficiently."
"The purpose of this development session is to introduce the requirements of the standard and training on how to apply them in the banking system and various banking services," the statement said. "These courses qualify the Bank of the Iraqi Union to enhance its international accreditation Quality control system, management system and information confidentiality systems. "
The statement added that "this development session comes within the guidance of the Central Bank in raising the performance of the bank employee in public and private banks and qualified to provide banking services with high quality."
