The UAE President, Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, issued a number of federal decrees on the ratification of bilateral agreements between Abu Dhabi and a number of countries. The decrees were published in the latest edition of the Official Gazette.
The President of the United Arab Emirates approved an agreement between his government and the Iraqi government to avoid double taxation and prevent financial evasion with respect to the income and capital tax and its protocol signed in Abu Dhabi on October 3, 2017.
Bin Zayed also signed an agreement between the Government of the United Arab Emirates and the Government of Afghanistan on the mutual allocation of land in the cities of Abu Dhabi and Kabul for the construction of diplomatic mission buildings signed in Abu Dhabi on 24 October 2017.
The decrees issued in the latest issue of the UAE Federal Gazette included several agreements between Abu Dhabi and other countries to encourage and protect mutual investments, according to the UAE News Agency.
