He said the judge, Amir al-Shammari that "fines are estimated at 3 billion Iraqi dinars, as revealed resolved more than 100 cases since the beginning of this year," noting, "The decision issued by the court obliging reluctant company in the field of electricity a fine of two billion and 666 million Iraqi dinars to General Directorate for the production of electrical power in the Middle Euphrates. " He went Shammari, that "The court fined the company lagging behind in the field of railways by about 96 million dinars for the Ministry of Transportation has issued other decisions regarding the right of companies lagging behind in the field of electricity file."
