Parliamentary Finance: Movements to settle the debts of telecommunications companies in Iraq

Direct: The Finance Committee of the Iraqi parliament, today, Monday, revealed the existence of a move from the judiciary; To settle the debts arising from communications companies in Iraq.
The head of the Finance Committee in the House of Representatives, Haitham Al-Jubouri, said that some of these debts were not settled permanently, some of them by violations or fines, while others through the use of options not agreed upon, according to the Iraqi News Agency (INA).
The first deputy speaker of the House of Representatives, Hassan Al-Kaabi, confirmed earlier that the parliament will discuss the postponement of debts, licensing contracts and amounts of phone companies, while the country is going through a dangerous stage, which has not been through its long history and efforts must be made to overcome it.
On April 22, Al-Kaabi chaired an expanded meeting with the heads of the parliamentary committees to discuss the latest repercussions of the economic and epidemiological situation in the country.
