Mubasher: Iraqi Prime Minister Haidar al-Abadi met with leaders and representatives of political blocs to discuss the situation in the country, especially after the outbreak of protests and violence in the country since last week.
A statement issued by the Iraqi Council of Ministers on Tuesday that the leaders of the political blocs, the right to peaceful demonstration and expression of opinion and understanding of the legitimate demands of citizens and work to meet them.
The statement pointed to the rejection of the political blocs and condemned the abuses against public and private property and state institutions and attacks on security forces.
The participants stressed the support of the security forces in their quest to maintain security and order in the country, and the need to obtain approvals for any demonstration, which determines the time and place and the body and pledge the validity of the demonstration.
The political forces stressed, in the statement, the need to expedite the formation of a committee to follow up the government procedures of rapid reforms to provide urgent solutions to service and administrative problems.
On the other hand, 250 Iraqi protesters gathered at the main entrance of the Zubayr oil field on Tuesday, amid rising tension in cities in southern Iraq due to deteriorating public services and corruption, according to "Reuters."
The director of the field project Zubayr oil , in May last, that Iraq raised oil production field field of the Italian company Eni about 50 thousand barrels per day to 475 thousand barrels per day.
