BAGHDAD / Nina / Vice President Iyad Allawi called for an international tribunal to investigate the exchange of money entering Iraq since 2003.
He said in a press conference today that he had submitted a memorandum to the President and the Minister for the implementation of a series of reforms, including the formation of an international tribunal to investigate the hundreds of billions of dollars that has been spent since 2003, its fate is not known.
