The third annual Iraqi-European Business and Investment Forum, which concluded in Athens, the President of the Association of Iraqi Private Banks, Wadih Al-Hanalal, honored the conference with gratitude and pride in its role in the development of the Iraqi private banking sector.
In a speech at the closing session of the conference, Al-Hantal expressed his pride and appreciation for the invitation addressed to him by the Arab-Greek Chamber of Commerce and Development.
He also praised the efforts made by the Secretary General of the Chamber, Ershad Mabjar, as well as the President of the Federation of Iraqi Chambers of Commerce Jafar Al-Hamdani, praising the efforts made by the administration of the Forum in order to achieve success of its activities and achieve its objectives.
Al-Hanal also praised the facilities provided by the Greek Ambassador to Iraq to the Iraqi delegation, noting the importance of this participation with a high Iraqi government delegation.

The two-day meeting was held on Wednesday and Thursday, during which they discussed a series of working sessions related to the reconstruction phase of Iraq and the possibility of entering into working partnerships with European companies to achieve this goal, as well as enhancing cooperation between the Iraqi private sector and its European counterpart to modernize Iraq's infrastructure.
