Shafaq News / The member of State of law coalition , Muafaq al-Rubaie announced Tuesday that international law allows the Prime Minister , Haider al-Abadi to demand the UN Security Council to seize the funds and property of the Iraqi state officials abroad. Rubaie said in a press statement, that "international law allows Prime Minister al-Abadi to demand the UN Security Council to seize the funds and property of the Iraqi state officials abroad until a judicial decision to be issued on the charges of corruption against them through the (Where did you get this?) Commission. He added that the " reforms paper presented by al-Abadi, voted on by the Council of Ministers is a positive step, but need a series of other reforms that begin by withdrawing confidence from corrupt ministers financially and administratively, some ministers deal in the ministry, which he run as a legacy and he has to take from it as his political bloc demands “. Al-Rubaie, a former national security adviser noted that "al-Abadi won the support of Marjiyaa and demonstrators, so he has to complete hitting the rampant corruption in the Iraqi state," calling "political parties that gave Abadi full powers to keep or withdraw confidence from them away from sectarian quotas and claims and to non-professionals ministerial distributions”.
