A member of the Expediency Council in Iran, Ali Qaga Mohammadi, said on Wednesday that electricity and gas exports amount to about 3.5 billion dollars to Iraq annually.
The total exports to Iraq amounted to 12 billion dollars, where non-oil goods constitute 8.6 billion dollars of this volume and the rest is concerned with the export of energy such as electricity and gas.
He pointed out that the food industry is at the forefront of Iranian goods flowing to Iraq, followed by construction materials and medicines.
