BAGHDAD / Center Brief for the Iraqi Media Network (IMN) - Abbas Moussawi adviser in Vice President Nuri al-Maliki's office confirmed that the latter does not stick to his job and abandoning his constitutional right to take over the prime minister's biggest proof of that.
