The Association of Iraqi Private Banks participated in the work of the Arab-Turkish Business Summit held in Istanbul for the period 1314/4/2019.
The meeting was attended by the delegation of the Association of Iraqi Private Banks, headed by Wadih Nuri Al-Hanal, the Association's Chancellor, the membership of the banking advisor of Samir Nusairi, the Deputy Minister of Finance of Turkey, Ersal Barar, the President of the International Business Forum, the President of the Association of Mossiad Abdul Rahman, the Chairman of the Istanbul Chamber of Commerce and a large number of Arab and Turkish businessmen.
The summit discussed several issues, including the problems and obstacles to investment faced by Arab investors in Turkey, as well as investment facilities in the field of arbitration, mediation, residence permits, awarding, legal affairs and the requirements to stimulate investors, businessmen and trade and ways to increase trade exchange between Turkey and Arab countries. Support for small and medium industries and government support for companies and the Ministry of Finance and Treasury for development projects.
The questions and complaints of the businessmen and the procedures taken to find solutions to them have been answered and bilateral meetings have been held between the Arab and Turkish businessmen to strengthen the ties of cooperation between them.
