Deputy Prime Minister for Energy Affairs and Minister of Oil Thamer Ghadhban stressed the keenness of the government and the ministry to provide great support to the national effort in the oil sector companies to raise the level of performance in work and development because it is the most important sector in the development and development of the national economy, stressing the priority to be strongly present in the operations Development of oil fields and other sectors.
The minister pointed out the necessity of including the middle staff in the ministry with advanced training programs and the allowances in the same way as the senior staff in order to develop and raise the performance and efficiency of the employees. He pointed out the need to create and provide decent living conditions for the members through the distribution of residential land and the establishment of integrated oil complexes services to provide the necessary social inputs for workers like the States and advanced oil companies.
The Minister instructed the preparation of a study on the continuity of rotation in oil companies to ensure the interest of work and the safety and efficiency of employees in the performance of the work entrusted to them.
This was stated in the directive issued by the Minister of Oil, headed to the oil sector, which stated:
1- The administrative department shall prepare a study on the duration of the rotation and in coordination with the general managers of the oil companies to take the appropriate decision for the benefit of the work and the safety and efficiency of the employees in performing the tasks entrusted to them.
2- To include middle cadres in advanced training programs and include the worst distributions of high cadres in order to develop and raise the performance of work in the oil sector.
3 - Supporting the national effort in the oil sector companies in order to improve the performance of its work and development and to have priority in the projects of the ministry so that the national effort is effective and present strongly.
4. The Central Incentive Commission should consider the incentive equation for some oil sector companies.
5 - Emphasizing the distribution of land to the members and attention to this issue by the Directors General directly as well as the establishment of oil complexes integrated services to provide the welfare of the oil sector participants equal to the developed countries.
