The Department of Private Sector Development in the Ministry of Commerce organized a training course on the characteristics and functions of the commercial attaché in coordination with the Department of Foreign Economic Relations in the Ministry and over fifteen days.
The Director General of the Department, Riad Fakher Al Hashemi, added that the course was under the title of commercial attachés, which included lectures on the characteristics and functions of the annex and an explanation of the laws and mechanisms and legislation in force, including the law on the ratification of documents and foreign documents in Iraq No. 52 of 1970 and the mechanisms to certify certificates of origin and lists of trade and foreign service law No. 45 of 2008 and the foreign service instructions No. (1) for the year 2010 and the law of registration of companies and their branches and commercial agencies and the accession of Iraq to the World Trade Organization WTO and intellectual property in addition to explaining topics on the diplomatic attache and protocol Economic reports, correspondence , commercial and administrative tasks, accounts and procedures for the transfer Attaches employee and the mechanism of import and export.
Adding that the participants are working in the specialties of economic relations, administrative and accounting and legal and the number of 38 participants.
Pointing out that his department is continuing to organize training courses to develop the efficiency of the ministry's staff and in various specialties as part of its training program for 2018.
