Supreme Court certifies the convicted fugitive recovery Ayham al-Samarrai of America

High security sources said that "al-Samarrai escaped from prison [at the time]-security protection by US and Iraqi forces," while "we spokesman for the US embassy in Baghdad said, aware of the reports that talk about his escape and discuss it, refusing to make any further comment.
